This June, Meimei Bali welcomes Bangkok’s acclaimed Charmkrung for a collaborative event that brings together two distinct culinary identities through one shared fire. Nestled in the heart of Canggu, Meimei will host the Talat Noi wine bar’s team for an immersive dining experience that celebrates playful Thai innovation and Balinese-rooted tradition.

Led by Chef Jai Aruss Lerlerstkul of Charmkrung and Chef Yudha Permana of Meimei, the event will showcase bold, vibrant plates designed to complement an equally expressive wine and cocktail program. Expect unexpected interpretations of Southeast Asian classics—like Charmkrung’s southern Thai-inspired small plates and Meimei’s charcoal-fired takes on heritage Balinese recipes—all served in a space where design, storytelling, and local craftsmanship set the tone.

From Bangkok’s skyline to Bali’s coastline, this two-night-only collaboration is a celebration of community, creativity, and the evolving flavors of the region.
